Loanhead offices are just Devine
Newly refurbished office suites at Devine Energy House on the fringes of Edinburgh are proving to be a hit with local businesses, according to letting agent IME Property.
Loanhead is not what you would describe as an office location due to its rich mining heritage. The once prosperous coal and shale workings were closed in the late 1980's and economic regeneration led to retail outlets at Stration Retail Park, Ikea and Costco become established destinations.
