December 22, 2017
The IME Property office will close at lunchtime on Friday 22nd December for Christmas before re-opening again on Thursday 4th January, 2018.
It has been a frenetic end to 2017 for the agency team who in the last month alone have completed deals at 19 Market Place, Whitburn; 12 Clerk Street, Edinburgh; 59 Slateford Road and 208 Gorgie Road (all Edinburgh) as well as taking on new listings at 135 High Street, Musselburgh; Unit 3, 25 Bankhead Terrace, Sighthill, 51 Restalrig Road, Edinburgh, 15a Brougham Place, Edinburgh and Unit 1, South Park Industrial Estate, Peebles.
"2017 has been another successful year for IME in which we have gained further traction in the local commercial property market across Edinburgh and the Lothians," commented IME's managing director, Iain Mercer
"The agency team have all worked incredibly hard to get deals over the line before the Christmas holidays and to also re-fill the pipeline of new properties for next year."
And as 2018 approaches, Mr Mercer hints at some exciting new marketing developments to add to the recent acquisition of static boards at both Tynecastle Park and Easter Road football stadiums in Edinburgh.
"Branding and the promotion of our business is hugely important to us as we have proved since our opening in March 2014. The latest plans will build on that and really put us at the forefront of commercial property in Edinburgh and the Lothians."
In November, IME was nominated as a finalist at the Scottish Property Awards for the third year in a row. The Tollcross-based company has been selected in the Hotel, Retail and Leisure Agency Team of the year category.
This recognition came after being confirmed by EGi, the respected national real estate publication and research body, as being a Top 5 Winner in their Most Active Agent competition.
