More dough to be made on Bread Street
After their success in selling 55 Bread Street on behalf of a private landlord during the summer, IME has been instructed to earn its crust once again further along the popular thoroughfare.
Another IME marketing board is set to appear on Bread Street a matter of weeks after a 'sold' board was erected outside 55 Bread Street.
Now the proprietor of Café Plus, a 797 sq ft shop at 33 Bread Street, has instructed Edinburgh's fastest growing commercial property agent to also market their property. It is available to lease at £18,000 per annum with a premium of £12,000 sought for the use of the fixtures and fittings.
The property enjoys a prominent position on the north side of the street directly opposite the Hilton's Double Tree hotel and has traded successfully for a number of years.
