Alzheimer Scotland Appoints IME Property

The leading organisation for dementia in Scotland, Alzheimer Scotland, has appointed IME Property to market its Edinburgh branch office in the Newington area of the city.

The property is at 139 St Leonard's Place and is directly opposite a new 579-bed student housing development situated on the site of a former Homebase store.

Extending to approximately 635 sq ft the unit would potentially  suit an owner occupier or a private investor acquiring the property vacant prior to securing a tenant.

"We were delighted to be appointed and trusted by such a well known charitable organisation to dispose of an asset on their behalf," commented IME Commercial Property managing director, Iain Mercer.

"And with the new student housing development taking place across the road and the proximity to the Newington area, we are expecting good levels of interest in the opportunity."

The property is on the market for sale at offers over £80,000.
