If you are a regular attendee at either Tynecastle Park or Easter Road Stadium, keep an eye out on your next visit for IME Property's new pitch-side marketing boards.
With supporters of both Hearts and Hibs in the ranks at the firm's headquarters in Edinburgh and a swathe of clients donning both maroon and green scarfs every week, IME say it made commercial sense for the business to have boards at both grounds.
And with Hibs joining their rivals back up in the Premiership after 3 seasons in the Championship, the timing was right to activate this part of the firm's marketing strategy, comments managing director Iain Mercer.
"Having both capital football clubs back in the top flight is good for Scottish football but also for local businesses like ourselves who sell services to people on both sides of the divide."
The boards carry the distinctive IME logo but there is a slight twist with the artwork to ensure it is visible under the floodlights to supporters and also to viewers watching on television.
"We reversed the colours to make the Edinburgh skyline on our branding darker as opposed to white; most other boards have a white background so we hope ours will look different and be a stand out - that's the theory anyway!," explained Mr Mercer.
The sponsorship board at Tynecastle Park is situated directly adjacent to the player's tunnel in the Wheatfield Stand whilst the board at Easter Road sits behind the goals in front of the South Stand.
"Both are highly prominent and I should like to thank Gary Locke at Hearts (pictured in main photo) and Brett McGoldrick at Hibs for their assistance in this project."
The sponsorship of both Edinburgh clubs comes shortly after IME was a principle sponsor alongside DJK Lettings on Saltire Day at Musselburgh Racecourse.
On Monday it was announced that IME Property had been nominated as a finalist at the Scottish Property Awards for the third year in succession.
