With the National Hunt season now underway, the next fixture at Musselburgh Racecourse is Saltire Raceday on Thursday 30th November and IME Property will be there as a corporate sponsor.
The Edinburgh-based commercial property agency will be in attendance in the Queen's Stand's Leven Suite along with a selection of their clients.
The residential lettings and estate agency experts DJK Lettings will also be at Musselburgh Racecourse, Scotland's second largest, as co-sponsors for the day.
Thousands are due to descend on the famous East Lothian track for what will be the penultimate fixture in 2017.
"An afternoon at the races is always great fun and we look forward to sharing it with some of our key clients and friends from DJK Lettings," explains IME managing director, Iain Mercer.
And featuring on the 6-strong race card at 2pm will be the IME Property/DJK Lettings Chase which will certainly be a source of excitement for the guests.
"Having a race named is all part of the package and will the get pulses racing, especially amongst the regular race-goers in our group. We're expecting top tips for this one!," commented David Kerr of DJK Lettings.
IME is currently active in Musselburgh and is marketing 55 Eskside West for sale, 134A North High Street for let as well as office suites at Royal Musselburgh Golf Club. Meanwhile, the firm has also had a long-standing involvement at Newhailes Business Park to the west of the town centre where several office suites and retail units are available.
"Musselburgh and the East Lothian area in general has been a strong performer for us during 2017 having concluded numerous property deals across the county. It is fitting therefore that we should host such a prestigious day in the region," added Mr Mercer.
