Edinburgh’s most proactive commercial property agent ime has been instructed to sell one of its most interesting properties to date: a 5,346 sq ft former church in Musselburgh. (November)
The stunning building dates back to the 19th Century and was being used as a dolls museum and café. It occupies a highly prominent position on the High Street directly opposite Bridge Street and the banks of the River Esk.
IME managing director, Iain Mercer, commented: “It’s not every day you get asked to sell a church, so it’s a great instruction for ime. We are sure it will suit a variety of uses.”
Further details can be found in the sales section of this site. You can take it as gospel that there’ll be plenty of interest!
