Team IME have been very active in the first five months of the 2018 were we have disposed of, acquired and leased out a range of properties across the City of Edinburgh and the Lothians. This is our most consistently productive period since the company was formed not only in the volume of property deals but in transaction value. For example this week we have been instructed on over 10 properties, several of which were referrals from previous clients of IME.

Disposal of a lease in Roseneath Street, Edinburgh in record time.
IME were instructed and secured a deal within 1 week. The property was a retail unit which had a change of use to create a restaurant. The existing tenant re-located to another unit in Newington which IME had available.
Disposal of a former public house in Edinburgh located in a prominent main road location to create a residential development.
IME acquired the former Greggs retail outlet in Tollcross and a retail unit in Bruntsfield Place on behalf of a private client as well as acquiring an office in the West End of Edinburgh for a retained client a prestigious property management company.
IME sold two retail investments - one in Newington for a private investor at a good yield to a property investment company as well as a retail investment in Portobello High Street to a SIPP.
Joppa Road, Edinburgh - IME disposed of a main road warehouse premise to well-known Edinburgh retailer Hi Fi Corner to create a new showroom and distribution facility.
