Corslet Place curries favour with IME

Edinburgh and Newcastle Properties has appointed IME Property as the sole letting agent at their speculative development on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

The Yorkshire-based developer commenced work on site at the start of November with the project due for completion in early spring 2017.

The development, which is located in Currie approximately 7 miles south west of Edinburgh city centre, will create a single storey unit extending to 2,000 sq ft with private parking.  It has been granted planning consent for use classes 1,2 and 4.

"Corslet Place is well known locally due to the existing parade of shops and I feel this latest addition will certainly be well received," commented IME Property managing director, Iain Mercer.

"As the artists impression shows it will be an attractive unit with a glazed return frontage making it suitable for a range of different occupiers," he added.

Other occupiers in the immediate area include a Co-op convenience store, The Weavers public house and a DVLA Test Centre.
