Bo'ness land sale

IME Property is delighted to confirm the sale of 0.71 acres of land to the housing developer Springfield Properties for an undisclosed sum.

Land where once a Royal British Legion building stood on the outskirts of Bo'ness has been sold by IME Property to the award winning housing developer, Springfield Properties plc.

The Elgin-based firm has acquired the site on Cadzow Avenue in a six-figure sum deal for close to the asking price of offers over £200,000.  The land was sold with the benefit of planning consent for 30 units.

"Springfield are experienced house builders and their product will be a welcome addition to Bo'ness," said IME Property's managing director, Iain Mercer.

"It was also pleasing to conclude this transaction in a tight timescale leading up to Christmas," he added.
